Aji Cito

Aji Cito is an interesting variety native to Peru, belonging to the Capsicum Baccatum. It has tapered and tasty orange fruits, suitable for fish, vegetarian and tropical dishes. The color change takes several days and to go from the seed to the ripe fruit it will take about 5 months, it seems that it is the hottest of the Baccatum.
