The Bhut Jolokia Chocolate is a powerful Chili pepper in the Chocolate-colored variant of the famous Indian Chili known in the West as Ghost Chili. Similar to the Naga Morich but with a longer and more spicy shape, in fact on the Scoville Scale it is about 1,000,000 Shu. He was elected in 2007 as the most spicy in the world and kept the title until 2012, dispossessed first by the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion and later by the Carolina Reaper, therefore it is actually the third most spicy chilli in the world, this at an official level because unofficially there are several more spicy, however it remains a classic inevitable and very good in all its variations, probably my favorite Chocolate Pepper (Carlo Martini).

In this Chocolate-colored variant, besides its great spiciness, which makes it very tasty to eat fresh in small pieces, it is also excellent for Indian dishes, meat and barbeque sauces.
