Description

The Serrano is a Mexican Chili, similar to Jalapeno but with smaller fruits. The name means "coming from the mountains", it is a Capsicum Annuum, at maturity they turn red, but usually they are consumed green, among the many dishes, also to make the famous Mexican Salsa called Guacamole, for the Recipe consult the page Spicy Recipes. The spiciness is low around 10,000 Shu.
