Spaghetti Squash Pumpkin

The Spaghetti Squash is a very interesting and curious variety of Pumpkin because it produces long filaments inside it similar to Spaghetti. These Spaghetti, totally vegetable, can be enjoyed alone seasoned with oil, salt and pepper, or you can boil the whole pumpkin for 40 minutes and enjoy these Spaghetti or Noodles directly from inside the pumpkin. It is very rich in Omega 3, Folic Acid, Potassium and Beta Carotene, this vegetable also proves to be a valid helper in cell regeneration, in delaying skin aging and in fighting free radicals.

The plants are monoecious, that is, they have both male and female flowers on the same plant, the male flowers have long, thin stems that extend towards, the female flowers are shorter and transform into pumpkin if the flower is successfully pollinated.

Sow indoors in March, outdoors in April / May by placing a couple of seeds per hole, they will germinate in 5-10 days after which they will be thinned out leaving a plant every 1-2 metres.

One sachet contains 10 Seeds which will ensure you a good harvest.
