The Musquèe de Provence Pumpkin is a recent variety originating from Provence in France. The plant is vigorous and very productive, the fruit weighs 5 - 8 kg, is flat in shape, has an orange-brown skin with conspicuous markings of the furrows, the pulp is bright orange and of excellent quality, just as good is the its shelf life. You can prepare excellent first courses such as Tortellini with Pumpkin, Cavatelli with Pumpkin and Bacon, Pumpkin Cream and Pumpkin Sweets.
