The Blue Hopi Corn is an ancient and rare Corn, coming from Southern Mexico, also used by the Hopi, an Indigenous Amerinda population, also called People of Peace, who live in the USA and are part of the Navajo Nation.
Blue Corn is used for making flour but can also be used for making popcorn. One plant produces a great crop of numerous blue / purple chlorine cobs.
