The Aji Ethiopian Fire is an interesting variety originally from Ethiopia, it is characterized not only by its high productivity, but also by the height of the plant, like all Capsicum Baccatum. The not very vigorous branches tending outwards and falling downwards, when adult takes the shape of a sapling. The fruits initially have a very light green color, gradually turns towards yellow / orange and then reaches a very bright red when ripe. The color change takes several days and to go from seed to ripe fruit it will take about 5 months, medium spiciness, low persistence, aroma and flavor similar to pepper and many annuum. I recommend the consumption of fresh fruits, it should also lend itself well to the production of spicy oil. I recommend, as for all Baccatum, appropriate tutors and capacious pots over 12 liters.
