Big Black Mama

The Big Black Mama is a Super hot chili pepper created by the legendary Troy Primo, already creator of famous peppers. This Chocolate Pepper is a hybrid between a Naga Morich and a Douglah, it is not yet completely stable in the sense that the shape assumed by the fruit could be a little more elongated or a little more rounded, it is very hot and on the Scoville scale it is a 1,000,000 of Shu approximately. The fruits are abundant, brown in color, the skin is very wrinkled. Suitable for barbeque sauces and meat.
