The Habanero Chocolate is perhaps my favorite Habanero, with its bright brown color, intense flavor and a spicy explosive of 300,000 Shu, it goes joyfully with meats, Mexican cuisine, sandwiches and beans. Like all brown peppers, it has a slightly bitter taste and an almost smoky, exquisite aftertaste, a classic inevitable Chili pepper.
