7 Pot Brain Strain Yellow

The 7 Pot Brain Strain Yellow is a fruity yellow chili pepper, similar to Moruga Yellow but with a lower spiciness, in fact its value on the Scoville Scale is around 800,000 Shu. Its name derives from the fact that the fruit is vaguely similar to the shape of a brain. Very tasty it is suitable to be eaten in sauces, fish and vegetarian dishes. One pic is by my friend Giacomo Becheri.
