Yellow Pitahaya Dragon Fruit

The Yellow Pitahaya, also called Yellow Dragon Fruit, is one of the most beautiful and tasty fruits in the world, still little known in the West, if you are lucky enough to find it in your hands it will enchant you. This is the variant with yellow fruits instead of the classic white one. The Pitaya plant itself is magical: it is a shrub belonging to the Cactus family, with large and beautiful white flowers. After the flowers have opened for just one night, they will shed their petals and begin the natural process that will lead to fruit in a month. This will happen after 2 or 3 years from the time of sowing as the growth is slow, so it will take a lot of patience.
